Our Commitment to Quality
At Abseco, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. While we do not accept returns for reasons other than product defects (e.g., change of mind), we offer a comprehensive limited warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing.
This policy outlines what is covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.

The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase and varies by product line.
Five Year Limited Warranty
Products Covered:
- Abseco AFI series
- Entrance Controls
- AquaControl Pro RTU
One Year Limited Warranty
Products Covered:
- Abseco Zigbee Control Hub
- Screens
- Surveillance Cameras
- Locks
- All other Abseco products not listed in the 5-year category
What We Cover
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within its warranty period, Abseco will, at our discretion, either repair the product with new or refurbished parts or replace it with an equivalent new or refurbished product.
Important: Any repaired or replaced product is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
What Our Warranty Doesn't Cover
This warranty applies to defects from manufacturing under normal use. It does not cover:
Physical & Liquid Damage
Damage from accidents, drops, misuse, neglect, or liquid contact.
Electrical Damage
Damage from improper installation, incorrect voltage, power surges, or short circuits.
Improper Use
Failure to operate the product according to the user manual and specifications.
Unauthorized Service
Any service, repair, or modification performed by a non-authorized technician.
External Causes
Damage from fire, flood, lightning, pest infestation, or other acts of God.
Third-Party Products
Issues caused by using our products with non-Abseco accessories or software.
Normal Wear and Tear
Natural aging of the product and cosmetic issues that don't affect function.
Tampering
Any product where the serial number or warranty seal is broken, removed, or illegible.
Excluded Components
Glass panels, power adapters, and batteries are not covered by this warranty.
Installation Costs
We do not cover costs related to installing, removing, or reinstalling products.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Prepare Your Proof of Purchase
You must have a copy of your original dated sales receipt or invoice. A stamped guarantee card may also be required.
Contact Us
You have two options to start your claim:
Through Your Dealer
Securely package the product and deliver it to an authorized Abseco dealer.
Directly via Email
Contact our customer care team at care@abseco.in.
Provide Required Information (for Email Claims)
To help us process your claim quickly, please include the following in your email:
- Your full name, phone number, and address
- A clear photo or scanned copy of your sales receipt
- A detailed description of the problem
- Clear photos of the product, showing the defect from multiple angles
Assessment and Resolution
Our team will assess your claim based on the information provided. We may require the product to be sent for physical inspection. If the defect is covered under warranty, we will proceed with the repair or replacement.
Shipping:
You may be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us. Abseco will typically cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abseco is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use of the product. The repair or replacement of the product is the exclusive remedy provided under this warranty.
